Finally...My First MDS, But oh so many more that are better!

Finally,
Why did I take so long to upload this....I could tell you but it's to long and drawn out...
OK it was really Computer issues and a possible crash.
Wow I actually made that short and sweet...go figure.

The page 8x8.
Alex at Boot Camp, are they suppose to be having this much fun @...
and sorry if I offend not really a beach (Great Lakes)
I was there Chicago, (the base is outside of it), and can you say Amazing!
Love my Great friends who live near, on, or close to any of the Great Lakes.
When you live on the actual ocean though....
I'll shut my mouth!:)
Go ahead give it back...I can take it...Love you All!

This MDS page is my first playing around, my sewing is actually not this great.
For not being a Scrap Booker and having so many photos stored on my computer (really most are on discs)...this might change me. This took me all of 10 Min's even with the shadowing, see some parts that need to be fixed though. EDIT!

For this busy Mom this program is SWEET !!!
The albums Come in a variety of sizes and actually remind me of Golden Books, they are that skinny, so no more bulky albums taking up more space than needed.
Great for those OCD/ADD people like me not a lot of clutter.
I now have the most awesome set up to show and teach this, call me to set an appointment and to try it out.

Just wait so much more to show.
Have a Great Lakes Weekend!

Thrift Store Find

Check your Thrift Stores...sometimes they have the greatest frames.
Even if it has awful art in it, always look at the big Picture....
Do you like the Frame
Do you like the shape
Do you like the originality, size, texture of it
How would it look if you painted, stressed, stripped?
This one had nothing and I did nothing to it, just added some Decor' Elements.
Need this Catalog, Let me know.
Or View it over on my side bar.

A class in March is coming Soon...Stay Tuned!

Last...but definitely not the best!

I have made a lot of cards using these and other stencils, unfortunately you will not see them all because....
They have been entered into some contests and/or are being saved for other reasons I cannot go into right now....let's just say this reason is time consuming.
So my blog posts will be a little more sporadic than usual or when I have time, sorry.
I do know all of you need them, the stencils.
Only cause look how easy these cards are, if you need more info on any shown this week please email me.

Have a Great Weekend!

Different versions

Real quick...planning a party... and a present to finish...laundry...dishes from last night, fell asleep...my calender was completely empty... Yadda Yadda Yadda...
Whew!
Above and below Pics are both stencils called Folk Flowers, found in the Occasions Mini.
Slightly different version cards.
Quick, simple, fast!
For some reason Melon Mambo keeps landing in my hand lately.
Thinking spring, maybe.

This Stencil is in the new insert to the Definitely Decorative catalog, called Elegant Trio.
For all you Saints fans, your symbol is in there too...HINT HINT HINT!
For the record I did not care who won, I liked them both.

Would You Like to see more.....

Stencils....
I have been having a lot of fun with these lately they make such Quick and cute or elegant cards....and so much more.
My philosophy this year is to create the easiest, but WoW kind of projects for the working and busiest of moms.
Customer Care is another but that's another story.
I browse my calenders at the beginning of the week and see... well nothing, but some how each and every day there is something whether it's written down or not...Don't you feel the same way?
Well you always have some birthday or something special coming up and if you have about 5 to 10 mins to spare why not get your card and the bag done too.
This bag is for a great friend Norma and of coarse I made her a purse to go in it down below, I promise I will not show these to much any more. Unless it's too cool not to show.
This purse has the over the body type strap.
Happy Birthday!
More Stencils to come!!!!

Invite~ Week

For some reason I do not have a pic of this closed, but I can tell ya all about it.
It's 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 Square, done in White naturals, very sturdy card stock.
With a 2 in embossed Belly Band and the couples future Last name initial in a decorative oval.

The inside, is printed on velum with a cute embossed pocket for all the RSVP and reception cards.
Yes you can take our card stock to a printer, they will also cut the paper for you (do not cut the card stock yet) . You just need to bring a finished piece first, and then tell them what you want.
If you tell them you want it printed in a certain spot it can be done, that way it will fold in the places that are needed.
Sorry this is rough, Tax time!
Have a Great Weekend!
And to all my Mid East Coast Friends stay safe, in this really bad winter storm!

Invite~ Week

These were some simple Bridal Shower Invites I designed for a good friend.
She came over and we whipped them together in no time.
Very simple, just a pocket on a base, with a pull out, sorry this bottom pic is a little off tried to fix it but....the top pic is more true to it's colors of Very Vanilla, Black, and Ruby Red.

She choose this set only cause it was about time...get it.
The bride love em!

Happy Wednesday!

Invites~Week

Wedding Invitations can be quite expensive, I came up with few samples, that have become quite popular, price wise.
This 5 1/4 X 5 1/4 Has a large pocket inside and a nifty card I designed to save the bride and groom some money.
The brad is an addition if it's a small wedding! ;)
But if 100 or more invites are needed in what ever color is chosen,
and the way SU's are packaged, 4 per card....
you do the math!
This option is usually not opted for, OK it's never been opted for.

The card inside is actually one, just tear the top for your directions to the reception and mail the bottom with the supplied addressed and postal stamped envelope.
